Privacy Policy
TimesHome Media ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for this website, timeshomemedia.com. Registered in England and Wales, company number: 15208033, registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Last updated: 27/08/2026.
What we collect and why
Enquiry and sign-up forms. When you use a form on this site (publishing, production, or general enquiries, or early-access sign-up for our software), we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the form. We use it to respond to you and, where you have ticked the news-and-updates option, to send you occasional updates. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and your consent for updates. Form submissions are stored by Squarespace, our website provider, and delivered to our email.
Email. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it.
Purchases. Software licences are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. We never see or store your card details. Paddle's own privacy policy applies to the payment process; we receive from Paddle the information needed to issue and support your licence, such as your name, email, and licence status.
Software. Our desktop applications store your project files locally on your machine. [IF LICENCE VALIDATION PHONES HOME: The app contacts our licence server to validate your licence key; this transmits the key and basic device information, and nothing from your projects.] [IF AI FEATURES EXIST: When you use AI-assisted generation in LexForge, the text needed to fulfil your request is sent to Anthropic, PCB for processing and is not used to train their models. You can use the rest of the app without this feature.]
Website analytics and cookies. See our Cookie Policy for what the site sets and why. Analytics run only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Embedded content. Some pages embed YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no advertising cookies until you press play. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting the font files from Google's servers.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not buy advertising audiences with it. We do not use it for anything beyond responding to you, providing what you signed up for, and running this site.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that make the site and products work: Squarespace (website and form hosting), Google Workspace (email), Paddle (payments), and Anthropic, PCB. Each processes data under their own terms and, where applicable, our agreements with them. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Licence records are kept for as long as your licence is active and as required for accounting.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe from updates). Email support@timeshomemedia.com and we will deal with it promptly. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
